Prolly trying to catch up w/ his mates down at the pub... no time to put the gloves on....

Damn straight! I've designed plenty of those over the years.... Seen people just forgo the house & live in 'em. 1 big toy box w/ plenty of room for living quarters. I know a guy who has a mezzanine deck in his, big enough to accommodate a kitchen & even a billiard table....

I was thinking the same thing....the fog pics are brilliant. I used to love riding in the fog...the bike always seemed to run quite well in it.

What a cool story & memorable experience Eric....I know it'd be one I'd never forget.

The usual Tequila shooting will commence tonight w/ the Missus....she is such a wizard in the kitchen...been eating like a king for almost 3 yrs. now.... that girl!

For the infamous "Mr. DirtBike"....for he has crossed over to the other side. The 2-Wheel world will sorely miss the presence of Malcolm Smith....absolute Icon in the motorcycle industry. He passed away on the 26th @ the ripe old age of 83....RIP to the guy that influenced sooo many riders.

Nothin' new.... typical from the Bavarian Motorized Wankers...

Just finished a shop drawing for a fountain liner for my MetalFab mate....a nice change compared to the usual hand rails & stair cases. That makes 5 jobs I've done for him this year....not a lot but it helps pay for the whisky.

That sounds like something Pete would do....

Was out Riding earlier today....up Cemetary rd. & back down to Indian Cr. rd. & was surprised to find an Airplane parked in the middle of the road.... turns out that the pilot was on his way to TX from Seattle...& had some mechanical malfunctions of some type...had to make an emergency landing. He brought the plane down safely, avoiding any power lines....tbh- he picked a good spot to land it as that road has minimal traffic & is close to Hwy 82 @ the south edge of Elgin. Definitely not something we see everyday around here....

Congrats Pedro....great to see that you've got your steed back.

And then your alarm clock went off....

Been feeling the aftermath of that Bomb Cyclone that hit the Seattle/Vancouver BC area this week....windy as hell....& coming down in buckets earlier this morning. Finally calming down as I type this. After shooting tequila w/ the Mrs last night....definitely have a nap in order today. Possibly get a Ride in later though...

Over to the left side of OR in June for the 15th annual Hangar Dance @ an old friend's place in Boring (sister town to Dull Scotland)...for real, look it up. He's a CEO of a helicopter service w/ 3 Bell Ranger choppers @ his own FAA approved property along the Sandy river near Mt. Hood. This time of year, he's been slinging Christmas trees for the last 32 yrs. A coupla live bands & plenty of food & a car show top off that 3-day event. Always great to see a handful of old friends from back in the day. Hopefully, the misses & I will also make a trip to MN to see my parents & brother...as well as visit her relatives in ND before that awesome party.

As stated earlier....Lesson well learned-- & w/ NO injuries...BIG plus.++ You've definitely got some decent neighbors there. Now Shadow can further her biking experience by helping Dad re-assemble her steed. She's quite blessed to have Dad's experience @ hand for a resource.
