Must be getting close to PayDay....he can't afford to Pay Attention

Nope...just an update on what my boy's been doing for the last 5 years....he KNOWS what info to tell me & when....had that "Need To Know" basis since he was in Iraq.

After 5 yrs. of not seeing my son...(he's a PMC in Israel) I got wind that he's here in OR currently!....just talked to him for the 1st time in a coupla years...he's in Portland to get his beat-up shoulder operated on (injury from Iraq back in 2011) & process a load of paperwork to get his Top Secret security clearance for a new contract in Germany after he finishes the remaining contract in Israel. Gonna relieve my anxiety a bit as a parent to know he'll be moving up the food chain & outta the field....probably gonna go see him next week...pretty stoked about that!

Gonna be 72+f here today.... the Mrs. & I went to Emmett ID yesterday to retrieve the rest of her stuff in storage...collected a $120 deposit which paid for a pizza lunch & made a dent in her income tax bill. Emptying the car out today...mowing the front yard lawn & hopefully getting her out on the Etrike.

Yeah, especially if she has a flat top on her head for your beer....& can suck a bowling ball through a garden hose, eh? Fortunately, she towers over those types at 5'-5"...

So @Six30 has a foot fetish.... Now why does that NOT surprise me? Guess he should re-up his porn subscription...might have better luck. But never fear, I did get out just before a bacon-wrapped chicken dinner, for a spin in this ever improving weather...

Couldn't agree more mate.... smartest thing I've ever done was moving here. If only I'd done it before I lost my right hand...I'd be on my XT EVERYday.

Cut the grass....paint Mrs. Hook's toenails as promised...lol & NO doubt takin' the Mullet for a good spin.

It was 75f here yesterday...almost felt summer-ish Today it was only 64f & overcast sky's but still quite do-able for a sprint around our little town... I still need to get a hold of our Mayor who also runs a construction company here in town....in regards to when the bike trail will progress farther north & to see about getting my garden shed re-roofed...after 5 yrs. it's developed a leak or 2...gotta protect Mrs. Hook's keep-sake's we just moved into it. It's hard to believe that by this summer the Grand Ronde river will be down to almost a trickle through here & you could walk across it...sure is flowing now!

After a coupla days of rain, it finally turned out halfway decent weather-wise....was out havin' a spin on the Mullet & my dad called...so I rolled down to the RV park where I could call him back w/o my full-face lid on.... He got a text from my lad over in Israel...guess he's on a mission in the Golan Hts. near the Syrian border. Dad said he was gonna get back to the Gaza area soon....so I'll definitely be looking forward to hearing from him.

Now what would ever give you that idea?

Cheers Bob.... I'm just stoked to see my grandson become a Dad...he'll be a good one. There's a lady at our church who plays the organ...she just turned 80 y/o...she has 17 great grandchildren to me, that's impressive

Just got notified yesterday that I'm gonna be a Great Grandparent this coming October... here's my oldest Grandson's 1st view of his future riding partner...that he already has a bike in the waiting for the little guy...
