  1. Revving my brothers RD400 at the traffic lights on the high street, couple of girls sitting on a bench infront of the library watching and me trying to impress. Lights change and I kick the bike forward and bang, forgot to put it in gear.
  2. Happy birthday Mam. You're right, hardship does toughen you up.
  3. You don't need 19" front wheel for the off-road you do.
  4. My turn. XL250s, pulled a wheelie at the end of pulling away on a junction but still had some momentum in the bike and ended up on my righthand side in a lump. Same bike after a morning out off road. Hit the back brake to skid the rear to go into my driveway. Bike does another 90 degs more than I expected and my left leg is stretched as far as it'll go, on the floor in front of many neighbours. DRZ, wheelie away front the middle of two lanes of traffic on a roundabout only to hit the floor as the front tyre never got to grip the road as it came down. Both lanes of said traffic laughing as they drove passed. My shoulder hurt for months after that one.
  5. That's another one Mandi did but in a petrol station on our way to the tunnel for France. She nearly deafened me over the intercom as she was falling. No harm done luckily.
  6. Had to go look it up and found this. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-norfolk-21291911
  7. An old building, warehouse, factory etc I'd agree but the chaps who guide you round here were excellent with stories of the Russian Air Force coming into our air space on a regular basis only to be chased out again were well worth the company. They also know where to go, this one was a right underground labyrinth. http://www.visitthebunker.com
  8. Brilliant Yen. Very much like the one I did a few years ago in Norfolk. Some really good guides there too.
  9. Forecast was just cold here yesterday, bloody pissing down.
  10. My mistake, inch to spare although an uneven road could provide a scrape or 2.
  11. So it would fit if you let the tyres down and filled it with ballast.
  12. Think I'll stick to my easy lanes. They've made good headway with 2 strokes pulling wheelies at such low revs.
  13. Will have to download, away the weekend and forgot it was on.
  14. Why's it had a new battery and rectifier at only 6 thou, new chain n sprockets. Clocks off and ragged off road I'd guess, but I am a suspecting basted.
  15. She's even got her own pic on her t shirt.
  16. There's been a couple buzzing around down the sea front, can't say they've bothered me.
  17. Can get the bloody door open after parking too.
