Cycled back from Lowestoft yesterday after dropping Mandis car in. Went through the park as I haven't been for a while. This bridge has just been recommissioned as it was in an unsafe state. Took them long enough but looks good and the road is now open below. Not looking forward to pick the car up as the wind direction is against me and we've had forecasts for thundery showers.

Been servicing Mandi Toyota CHR this morn. It's in for a garage service tomorrow as it's in warranty but want to get a look round incase the phone calls of needed new brake discs and the like start.

Seems MOTing and fitting a new battery to Mandis bike was a waste of time as she's not ready to get on it. Plan was to get out yesterday as it was dry but still cool. Best I start hiding the crisps and chocolate.

We did Hardwick a few years back. Stopped on the way to Manchester. Over heating on the bikes and needed a cool down. That was a good stop as there's also another hall remains in the same grounds. We were National trust members then.
