  9. 160kg isn’t that much for a 650 that’s meant to be competent on the road. A XR400 is 140 or something like that.

    oven roasted codfish and potatoes with onions and olive oil, with the fire on it’s proper confort food on a winter night @Sofia‘s pataniscas de bacalhau, delicious. Maybe you would call them codfish cakes? @Sofia’s carabineiro rice: Rabbit cacciatore, it surprised me how good it turned out. Steak and roasted butternut squash @Sofia’s lamb pie, this was around Christmas. She wanted to cook UK things. The same lamb, not on pie.

    Portuguese oldschool classic, codfish and chick peas Roasted broccoli and carrot sticks, way better than it sounds with Moroccan paprika yesterday’s pesto Spinach and pepper salad, tomato rice, and roasted hake filet. Morocco inspired meatballs and onion tomato sauce, with duck eggs. The laughing cow triangles are a guilty pleasure of mine.
