I meant it's good and practical for a quick trip for groceries.

Depending on the trip, the fact that you put some of the luggage weight straight "into" the bike makes that that extra weight affects it less. I forgot to say, one thing I really don't like about it is that you have to lift the passenger seat to fuel it up. It's not an issue unless you carry stuff on that seat, in which case it's annoying.

I have been taking walks with Sofia’s dog for a few days and trying to be calm and zen, so won’t watch it.

It’s not light, but the weight is really down low as the engine is tilting forward, it’s nice enough on fuel if you don’t cruise faster than the speed limit on motorways and very good on fuel on country roads, plus for carrying clothes for a weekend you don’t need any more space than the front trunk. The engine doesn’t have a lot to give but it’s nice for covering distance smoothly and is nice for a thrash, although it’s not going to win any races. It’s so practical with the front trunk space, that you’ll use it for a quick trip to the shops, also tall enough to carry wine bottles. If being low and practical is important, I rate them highly. Having said all that, Sofia was quite happy to have her Speed Triple back after riding one of these to Italy and back

Yes, I have. No, it’s not. It’s the capital of british abroad, english breakfasts until 2pm, english curry, sportsbars, etc. That might be your thing but it’s not mine. The beaches in that area are a little too small for my liking too, too cramped. If you rent a nice villa away from the chaos with a swimming pool or by the sea I think it would nice, though. It must be good value starting from now and onto October, though, so if it’s cheap …

I don't, got too used to the touchpad

Going well, then! By the way, you can set up the scroll on the pad to work the opposite way.

Left the GS at my mechanic’s today. Shocks are being sent to a local suspension shop for a service as they’re on 70.000km, and the bike will get a good look over. I’ve done barely 3k on the road tires but they’re being taken out in favour of some Mitas E07 for a while, the plan is to save them to put the road ones back on in the winter. The plan is to go for a ride in Morocco in October, leaving in the first few days of the month. This trip will have a twist, because I’m planning to meet with Sofia in Marrakesh on the 14th to then show her around a few places for a week, before returning her to the airport and then continue by myself.

In the name of sportsmanship, next times @Six30 votes for himself to sway a vote his entry will be void regardless of result.

I was going to vote for the CB600F, but those non original black calipers aren't acceptable! Then decided to vote for the Hayabusa, but I can't see it So I might vote for the Electra Glide

No I don’t -
My Macbook Air is 10 years old, on it’s second battery but done maybe 60.000km on the bike. They’re tough, I will just replace it with a newer version of the same thing. Also, if you’re using it from home while plugged in, age matters less and battery life almost doesn’t matter, it’s not like you’re living a secret second life as a hacker!

That’s not why you’re going blind!
