It’s easy to turn around instead of drowning that bike. It’s clear if you can ride a big bike in mud on those gay tires, if you’ve got doubts you can’t.

Smart tire choice, guess someone wasn’t expecting rain in the plain in Spain

That poor GS
-
It does look less “American” than the previous generations.

I wish I was like you, Bob.

That’s nice, makes an adventure out of going out for bread!

I know, I did that ages ago, but I was under the impression I should take it apart completely to have it soaked and really cleaned?

I could have put an arrow indicating where it is, but that would be photoshop, that would be you. It is my favourite picture of my bike this month, granted I could have parked it next to a wall as that would be a lot cooler, but you work with what you have...

That must be a really hard tire, like the Heidenau I used to use or the Mitas I have now. No tire fitter ever loved those tires

Great feeling putting new tires on, suddenly you’ve got an almost new bike!

Biggest draught in years, it arrived just in time! sorry for your weekend on behalf of St. Peter

You can fuck off with 5$ per beer, I would throw a tantrum! Also, for clarification, 04:00 is not early in the morning, it’s late at night!

I've sometimes come across similar places to sleep when on the bike, and felt tempted specially in the off season when camping locations are mostly deserted and quiet. Never really worked out though as when I did see them it was always very early to stop. I usually also don't carry towels or stuff like that, might start as that sort of place makes for a great night's sleep. Lots of mosquitoes up there or not really? All the sleeping in cabins I've ever done was plagged with mosquitoes.

It’s a lost cause, though. Not in a funny way either.

Where in the UK are you? Looks very nice. Is that orange thing an led on your license plate?

Aren't you getting a little carried away?
-
Look at this @XTreme, no more need for platform shoes!

BMW has been going in that direction by making the huge hydrogen carrying containers fashionable. Most GSs I see on Sunday morning carry said systems:

It's a modern country in that regards, no need for that old school trading currency on the black market, my cards work in every ATM in Morocco and my credit card worked every time I used it. Rates are also quite low, maybe 2 to 4 Euros to withdraw 200 Euros worth of Dirhams. Same as at home, I like to have cash if going out anywhere. I watch the 44 teeth videos too, and noticed that Chris was very anxious when traveling through eastern Europe and Croatia about people accepting his credit card or not. I wonder if it's a British thing nowadays, when abroad to rely more on plastic than having cash even if said cash is easily accessible through local ATMs.

You’re really hardcore! Do you also eat your chips with pubes on them?

I’ve watched the first three videos of that trip to Morocco. They’re entertaining and worth a watch, to me they are amusing. It’s weird to imagine you coming from somewhere where people just assume that you pay with plastic for every little thing around the world and that your card is good wherever. The dude is surprised to find that fuel stations and places where he wants to have lunch don’t accept cards. Also weird he doesn’t try to buy a data card or local phone card. Still entertaining to watch.
