I went to view a house today, it was advertised as having a double garage which it had but the photos cleverly hid the fact that there was no driveway, the garage was at the back of the garden with about 60 feet of lawn in front of it. They just used it for storage and a gym, there was no vehicular access.

But yes it does cause problems and I have to manage my activities so I don’t cause more damage to it and that includes no longer doing any off roading. Not sure what is happening with the weather here, the barometric pressure has taken a big swing, my left knee is about twice it’s normal size and it gave out on me yesterday, a long time since that has happened.
