Nice work Fred, that looked a pretty flow of oil and the engine sounded fine so hopefully the dog lives for another day. Perhaps a trip to the Dragon Rally in 2022 ?

I used to do a trunk run for tobacco leaf from Avonmouth to Ipswich and back , god that was a boring journey.

Yes but you don't know what I've been singing when I've been behind you. Fred's got those gay red trousers on , he doesn't realise that they're all wrong, of course it could be worse you know, he could be wearing a thong, la la lal ala la la............

I've been keeping my eye on this Fred, I think you'd struggle to find one as original as that nowadays............. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/324733099719?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649

Here's another favourite...................

Now we're talking Yen, I think ' Junior choice' is to blame for all this. It used to be on the Radio on a saturday morning and Ed 'stewpot' Stewart would play lots of songs like that.

Best of luck Keith

Harley Riders UK is actually a decent club, not to be confused with HOG, they're definitely a bunch of wannabes

What sort of fishing @Swagman

You've kept that in good nick Tym

Yep, I even make tunes up about what I see on the road/trail. That blue car is hideous, it needs to get run over by a bus, la la la la la la la ..............

I don’t think Billy the Kid and Wyatt Earp are still around

Yes, the plastic maggot is long gone

I’m going to try and buy a car but it depends on the weather, being on crutches in the wet is not a good idea

All I know is the NC 750 that I had a test ride on was the most boring bike in the world, the MT 07 knocks into a cocked hat
-
One of my favourites for singing in my helmet when out for a ride
-
I think I remember @Specs doing that manoeuvre

Yen definitely has the monopoly on stories about shit

No, that bloke was called chalky

I’m on tenterhooks now

The desert sled is the only decent version of the Scrambler

In the last 20 years I've had a couple of 6 month periods without riding because of surgery and the recovery time (like now). Before I lost my leg I had a period of about 9 months where I didn't have a bike and drove my then girlfriend mad as I was constantly looking at bikes. I pointed out to her that at least I wasn't looking at other girls I remember being in the car with her one day and two of my mates were outside his house, I stopped to say hello and admire his new Z1000ST, he asked if I wanted to try it ? I told my girlfriend that I'd just be 5 minutes and came back nearly an hour later, she wasn't impressed

You're bang on mate, the trouble was a lot of people fell for it hook, line and sinker. And don't get me started on the lying bastards mantra of the NHS being better off to the tune of 350 million a week
