So my speeds seem reasonable compared to others on here (except @XTreme who's plugged into the feckin Whitehouse) , would a better PC help ?

Okay, I need some help from you technical dudes here. My PC seems to take forever to load if a thread is picture heavy, is this because my graphics card is shit or the processor or is it something else ? I'm thinking about buying a new PC as this one is too slow for my liking
