Nowadays I prefer to ride on my own Dave, perhaps I'm turning into the Victor Meldrew of the trail world Plus most of my weekends are taken up with walking with Paolo , there's not a lot of peeps to ride with midweek.

Your absolutely right Fred. It's a been a brilliant bike for me , never let me down once in six years but I'm struggling with the weight now if I have to pick it up. While you're riding it it's no problem but I have to think about if I'm stuck in a lane in the middle of nowhere (you'll no what I mean). Something else will come along I'm sure or I can just ride around Salisbury Plain on the Donkey .
