    Dorset Trip..

Gold Hill, Shaftesbury. Famous for the Hovis advert...............
  2. Hmmmmmmm, that's an interesting solution. I have no idea if that would work but might be worth a try ? What do you say @Sir Fallsalot , @Buckster , @Catteeclan
  3. Nice one Dave, you've reminded me that I need a new one I'll get one for Pete as well, he can give it to his Wife/Tony the Tools/Ivan the Barber as a Xmas present
  4. Not quite, the engine is the same as the KLX300 . Not the whole bike .
  5. I don't think you need to worry Lionel, seeing as you only eat chips .............
  6. Check the earth from the battery, could be loose.

  8. Not a lot. Ex-neighbours coming to visit this afternoon (they live in Australia now) but that's up in the air as the M5 is shut and they're stuck in it . Taking Paolo to the nursing home tomorrow to see mother-in-law , apparently he will be singing for the inmates. Saturday evening will be kebab and beer/cider
  9. I freshened up my Rally yesterday with a new seat as the original has sagged after six years of use. I went for a black seat from a 250M, I much prefer it to the red item, the strap was removed straight away

    Dorset Trip..

Where in Dorset , there's a nice beach for you at Studland Bay ...............
  11. The engine is the same as in the KLX300, built in the same factory. Hence why Voge get to use it in their own bike, a bit like the deal between KTM and CF Moto. We didn't see Nathan at the Stella but we did see an Italian registered bike
  12. What size are you Clive ?
  13. That's got a touch of Howard Jones about it.
  14. I've been out and about today on the Sled . First off I went to Completely Motorbikes in Gloucester (I think they used to be Thunder Road) to look at a KTM Freeride. I don't think that model is for me but I did see a Honda CRF250X there and I was impressed with that, unfortunately it's sold but they'll let me know if they get another one in Then via a ride across the Cotswolds I went to Pete Hammond Motorcycles (closing down now ) and bought their remaining stock of gloves. There was a bit of a kerfuffle as I tried to load all of it onto the Sled.............. Anyway, I made it home without losing anything, just have to selll them now
  15. Good cars those Celicas
  16. I mostly see a bunch of tits who are riding someone elses bikes and haven't got a clue how to respect the conditions they're riding in..................... on the plus side it makes for a funny video
  17. Marquez is still with Honda , he crashed again on Sunday but I reckon he'll be gone to another team by next year .
  18. So for a while now the Japs have been nowhere is MotoGP, what is going on ? The Ducati's remain dominant and on Sunday at Silverstone three out of the top five riders were on Aprilia's . The best finish for a Jap bike was Franco Morbidelli in 14th place Suzuki have pulled out all together, I suspect because they realised the European bikes were so dominant. The Honda's are unrideable with two ex world champions crashing out again and the Yamaha's are no faster than my mates Fazer 900. No presence in Moto GP usually equates to no more technology filtering down to the bikes we ride so is that it for the Japs ? Will we soon all be riding bikes from the likes of Ducati, Aprilia, KTM and Gas Gas ?
  19. No, they're going to those gigs for the other men
