Looks great and now you have all the protection anyone could need against wolves and bears That orangey yellow ball is a bit on the bright side first thing isn’t it. The decathlon pop up tent I have has ‘dark technology’ I spent all night waiting for Darth Vader to appear, most disappointing.

Mr Slowlys new monitor is so large he has to look left and right to be able to see it all The current solution which looks like crap is to have one desk with the screen at the back and another in front of it with the keyboard and mouse allowing him to sit far enough back to see it all So I’ve bought this lovely chunk of walnut. It’ll mean he can have the absolute maximum amount of desk space available. Difficult to photograph lent in the hall and it’s still wrapped in plastic so doesn’t look great but I think it will work well.

Too big because of pack size? The footprint looks dandy. If a slightly uncomfortable bed doesn't make you wake up groaning your back/neck/ hips hurt you probably don't need it. I just googled best camp bed for bad backs (I dont have a bad back but I thought theyre the sort of people that would have gone through every option) and a thin inflatable on top of a cot seemed to be the winner. I'd be too concerned about the drop in temperature or being eaten by bears, tents are safe as houses everyone knows bears can't undo zips or tear nylon

That camping cot with an inflatable on top is the bees knees. First time I’ve ever been comfortable enough camping to not want to get up in the morning. Really no proper tent to speak of? Just as well Motobikers in charge! You’ve ventured into nautical seas now with your bitter bits and rabbits and I know buggerall about knots and tarps so we’re gonna need pics of this Heath Robinson marvel!
