if it comes to it that i get shoulder replacements im hoping that i will be as good as new probably with titanium and plastic shoulders , my mates will be calling me a cyborg or terminator anyway we will find out on thursday

and im off to see an orthopedic guy on the 15th as i have been told that i have osteo arthritis in both shoulders so we will see what he is thinking of doing about it
