They were gonna leave this morning but it's snowing like a bitch here now, so their departure is delayed. Kinda weird. But here in Santa Fe the elevation is 6,700'feet. It's a lot colder when you're over a mile high. That's the difference. It got sunny and about 45F in the mid afternoon today. rather pleasant. But still had 35 mph winds so riding would be no fun. Straight, featureless roads that go on for miles 2) The people that live there are beyond friendly and super nice. We were amazed at how hospitable everyone was. 3) Food is pretty damned good - never had a bad meal!
