  1. Those throttle stop screws shouldn't really be messed with as they're set to a point that the ECU knows as throttle shut and needs specialist info and often equipment to reset. Could be worth giving the throttle body inners a good clean as they gum up and don't fully close or let less air through.
  2. Just got back from the Isle of Wight. Totally boring route home along dual carriage way and motorway but only took me 4 hours and 1 fill up after crossing the wet stuff. Line up wasn't that good this year but still enjoyed.
  3. Get some rust eater/protector inside after the power coat's done, then it might last forever.
  4. Made it to the isle of wight’ got to daughters at about 5.30 where a pint of squash and a glass of rose was placed in each hand. travelled via the A12 which was mostly overcast. Soon got hotter going west on the M25. It’s bloody roasting here now.
  5. Bloody marvellous Saul. I love those new Kawakas but will have to settle for what I've got. Fanny magnet my arse.
  6. Currently stuffing the panniers and top box full of essentials ready for the IOW festival.
  7. After watching Yellowstone we watched 1883, think that's the right year. It was the best thing we've watched for a while. Dept Q is good too.
  8. Bikes bloody clean Bob, you got that van out of shot?
  9. Too hot here, can't be bothered to do anything.
  10. She does look in the best of moods.
  11. Dry everything before pushing the dust covers home. I've been using hamerite for the lower stations for years but the last couple of times it seems to chip off much easier than it used to. Be interesting to hear how the wheel paint lasts, should be good in theory.
  12. Been sat here since 8 and done bugga all. Getting bored now although it's still raining. Shopping's looking a good idea ATM. MotoGP this weekend not not all is lost. And where's Clive n Fred?
  13. Bonus, spare for next time. SKF have always had a good name but Koyo have always been good bearings too.
