Glad youm fixed up Pete

I imagine it is a difficult situation that none of us would want to deal with.

She is alright, just got a bit on her plate at the moment.

All the best mate, in a few hours and you will be wondering what all the fuss was about.

Funnily enough I found that too, I thought my bike was sounding great but the camera just picked up the wind noise. I think the trick is having a remote mic inside your helmet so that is has similar wind protection as you ears.

True, my work involves mostly being in a warm car

I don't think I would even get away with that, the fuckers would come and get me if it's that problematic. To be honest for me working in the bad weather just adds to the fun, slows things down a bit that's all. .

Ok, good point I will check that out. I just assumed they would be linked but they may not be I supposed.

Couldn't agree more, but the Skoda Kodiak coped well. I was surprised that this £50K car doesn't have heated mirrors, could have done with them last night. Had to go and help my clinician last night with and End of Life patient who had a fall, very sad. Then had to escort a drug addict out of the Hospital later. Interesting shift.

I am working for most of it, but will be out singing on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.

I thought it was all about News Years in Scotland.

Working tonight and Sunday night. Got a couple of Farkles to put on my Bike and rugby to watch on Saturday. My pop out for a shortish spin on the bike but it is booked in for it's first 600 mile service on Wednesday coming and I have already cracked the 600 so don't want to push it to far.

I did get stopped by the police on morning one the way home from work to ask why I was out.

I remember roads were empty down here, quite depressing when they lifted lockdown and we had to share again.

Was it worth it financially? I had a mate who worked as a courier in London in the 1980's, who earnt loads but was burnt out after 18 months and never wanted to do it again.

Much as I like biking 50k a year on a bike is a hard living. You would think it would almost be as practical doing it in a small van. Heater and radio

Go to your local computer store they will do it mate. Decent SSD's cost between 50 and 100 quid. Should only cost £200 tops if you pay them to do it, probably less. Apple prices are mental. There are loads of videos on Youtube showing you how to do it, including cloning your old drive or doing a fresh Mac OS install. Christ if you were feeling brave you could get the latest Mac OS to put on you old mac using Legacy Patcher. Not overly hard if you are a bit tech savvy, if not a local guy will be around to do it for you.

I am amazed he lived as long as he did given his lifestyle.
