That’s more of a Brazilian thing, not really Portuguese. Not sure what’s meant to be served with them but when I had it was always placed on the table before food like a normal bread, like garlic bread in the way it’s enjoyed in Italy. Now a proper Brazilian roast with coal grilled garlic butter baguettes, that’s the stuff! Edit: just remembered, they like it for breakfast as well in Brazil. I’m not a big fan as it doesn’t compete with proper bread and cheese.

2022 Harley-Davidson FXRST Low Rider El Diablo First Ride

Don’t like the tall cases, but it’s a pretty cool bike otherwise -
It's not ham, though, if you say ham here it means that thinly sliced smoked stuff you buy and put directly on sandwiches. But I get it, the translations don't work very well.

Took @Sofiaaround on a little ride around these same locations, this time starting quite farther away than my place. And saw the same things a little differently Brief stop over our local favourite location for a cool picture Can't deny there's a little bit more style in the Speed Triple than the GS Overgrown fig tree was running out of space inside this old house in ruins Split in three, this originally one olive tree flourished through the ages Priest's residence near the old church has a lovely garden in front, seems like something out of an old book. Lunch was delicious, on the same café as last time but this time wine garlic and sweet paprika marinated pork with an egg on top (bifana com ovo a cavalo) The little square was empty this time, festivities had come and gone

That’s a really pretty Norton! Is your wife really tall or is that a tricky looking picture?

Pretty sure she meant the TV series I like it

Fair enough, that’s why I rather not another vest to take out when I get out of the bike and open my jacket.

Really? I would have thought the Fazer would be faster except in low revs

If you’re facing conditions where it’s so hot and unmanageable for you, don’t do it. That’s my advice, a slight mistake or problem and you’re finished.

Supposedly they work ok and to a certain degree. I have talked to a guy who was surprised with his bmw branded one I haven’t felt like trying one out for two reasons. The concept of cooling through evaporation sounds very much like what happens naturally with sweat And I just don’t like adding another layer, when it’s that hot the fuss of having to put on another layer before setting off does not appeal to me.

That looks amazing! Isn’t it even heavier than the bike you currently ponder selling for being too heavy?

Not enough content for a Ride Report, but took a little shortcut through some familiar farm access dirt roads, just enough to get my boots dusty

GPS device that works like a phone with google maps
Pedro replied to Pedro's topic in MOTORCYCLE WORKSHOP
No worries in Morocco, just stop at the first Inwi (which is the provider with absolutely best coverage nationwide) shop and you'll get a card with plenty of data and even some international calls to Europe for something like 10 or 15 Euros, cheaper than here. The dude will set it up, get paid in cash, no invoice, and you're away, no need for speaking languages or any complicated stuff. I wondered if I'd run out the next day as it seemed too easy and unofficial to me, but has worked flawlessly 4 times now using two different shops. -
From what I’ve seen a conversion is not something you can really trust over time, unless you actually change wheels for proper tubeless ones.
-
Smart thing having it air tight, I assumed it was just mousse and was wondering what bike you had with tubeless tires

GPS device that works like a phone with google maps
Pedro replied to Pedro's topic in MOTORCYCLE WORKSHOP
What I meant is that I need my portuguese number working normally for getting work calls without being too disruptive of that, while at the same time having more data volume in Morocco than I can get with that portuguese connection, hence keeping the portuguese card and using a Moroccan one for mainly data. What you say about the garmin sounds right to me. I wouldn't bother getting anything like that for Portugal, and I think I won't either this time, will keep it simple like what I've been doing since after checking the gamin you mention they state a 6 hour battery life too? That's another thing I don't want to have on the handlebar, which is one more device and battery to worry about. Also I don't really need turn by turn navigation except in cities and that's a small amount of time overall, I much more prefer a moving map and checking with more or less a paper map inside my screen, if that makes sense. -
GPS device that works like a phone with google maps

Thing is, I don’t care what kind of device it is, it could well not be a phone since it worked in a similar way regarding maps and stuff like that. -
Am I right in thinking this is an article on a bike that basically was just painted black with some bronze details and they're calling it a custom bike? Killer Mike!

I don't get the fascination with driving through water filled holes like that, though. Is it for the sake of tradition that you keep paths or roads through flooded places like that?
