My last couple of days kind of hurt my feelings with everything regarding work. Bloody greedy companies annoy me but now I know someone has plans to delete my earnings over the mid term. This has meant a pretty difficult day and I’m now exhausted even if I didn’t leave the house today. wine will be consumed shortly

I have ruined my bike’s motorway comfort by replacing the stock windscreen with a much lower one, I don’t really like it at sustained high speeds or long motorway trips anymore, but when I fit the stock screen it feels like it’s taking away from the view. Will probably fit it if going on a big European trip, though.

It's Christmas of the Hospitals, Pete loves it.

I only came across a few foreign motorcyclists during these few days, because of the weather surely as it was not usual to be as lucky as I was and only get real proper rain on the last day there. I would NOT choose December as the month to go ride motorcycles in Morocco if given the choice. Out of those small numbers, one was a group of yellow plated bikes with a ktm890, a previous generation R1200GSA and a Tenere 700, the others the lone R1250GSA, an Italian R1100GS, and two riders on Himalayans. All of them can do it, but I much rather prefer to spend long hours on a comfy bike which uses a third of its available torque to ride along and have the rest to not be stuck behind smoky traffic. Moroccans cross the country in mopeds that sip fuel at 60kmh which bicycle tires, but I much prefer to be able to ride past traffic than be a part of it.

Curious as to which you preferred and would rather have again.

Lovely car! The E46 would have been a lot more balanced for track driving, no?
-
My car has one, I have needed it three times when it slept outside with deep frost. The coils on windshields are a lot tinier than on the back window, but there are a lot more of them, they're very effective and to me would be a no brainer if I lived somewhere cold like Canada. Here some normal Fords have them, so surely it's not unknown over there.

Don't know how all cars and vans don't have heated windshields in a place like Canada. It´s like your windshield is warm, literally!

I once took an E38 740d off a client for dent payment, it was 500000km with worn out everything but would cruise the A2 across souther Portugal at 230kmh with nothing but a hum! Going that fast with that worn suspension bushings felt like steering a small fishing boat over rough seas That was a classy car and I would own another if ever found a nice manual one with the right seats.

An E39 is a tough car, though

The one I got was -35, with instructions to dilute it if not needed. That was in spain, too.
-
No, it was about someone way less successful with way more of a temper problem.
-
Seriously, though, there are some windscreen fluids that have a high percentage of antifreeze stuff, I bought some crossing a blizzard in Spain once and it was night and day compared to the normal stuff.
-
Vodka instead of water. It also works in the windscreen.

Got enough sauce there?

Warm office? Think again, he only runs the heating for one hour in the morning!

Ok, here the 230 didn’t sell that well. -
Rocky Marciano was ugly, but he wasn't a bull.

2023 Kawasaki KLX230 S Review – First Ride

Seems like a trail bike for kids and shorter women, do you think it would sell enough in the UK? That sort of thing screams US dirt bike scene for me. -
Sadly stolen a long time ago. And these center hubs are insane to buy. They stole the front badge at the same time too, how she cried... Hate scum that steals stuff like that.

Really like the one in the middle -
It´s my least preferred body style for an E30, would much rather prefer if it was a coupe or a station, but there you go. It´s just a 316i, 90 hp or something like that. My girlfriend used it as a daily for years, and it's never missed a beat.

Inspected, insured, and sort of washed. It’s now officially mine, too, since I ended up buying it. Will be here for grocery getting and the odd dinner out.
