  1. Very cloudy day today, vacuumed the house and did the laundry, cleaned the bathroom, hung the bedding out to dry before leaving to meet my friend Dani for lunch. Then stopped by the Dainese place to say high to the guys there and buy a case of wine. Back home to dry laundry and just finished making the bed and talking to my neighbors who gave me soup to keep on the freezer. All in all a good Sunday.
  2. Hey @Slowlycatchymonkey it’s just the two of us here
  3. I wouldn’t use good day as goodbye. And considering the time of day and that I used it after the happenings, it was a statement as to the quality of the day. Another small effort in improving IA, Elon is getting worried!
  4. Spent the morning pulling overgrown vines from the neighbours olive trees that were growing over my wall, pulled them by hand for 3 hours, then pushed a broom to gather around 3 bins worth of soil and leaves off my driveway. Had a shower and spent the afternoon drinking beers and catching up with my friend who has been doing security work all around the world over the ladt year. Good day!
  5. Between brexit and the rain you’re real life Neo! (from The Matrix)
  6. Get someone who does that for a living and then ask for free advice! That always works.
  7. Cold grey day today, am having a mug of coffee outside before cutting a couple of branches on my garden and pulling some weed. Then it’s out after lunch to catch up with a friend, and back. Maybe not even touching the bike today.
  8. Was he worried you would break his confidence and post his fears online?
  9. Just call it raw ham, dude. Even though it’s dried calling it bacon messes with my head
  10. Great. First that twat Clarkson ruins the Nordschleife and now this twat…
  11. No, for a bot you’re quite clever. I see this as an exercise in helping to develop artificial intelligence.
  12. Could be worse, we could be having the raw bacon discussion.
  13. The NECKS! Storks fly with stretched necks, Garças don’t. Garças are still migrating though, not hanging around towers and bridges. Plus in Portugal storks are the big one that clack their beaks and bring babies. Had to look what herons are, here we have garças
  14. What you need is a nice boxer engine to take the hit instead of your luggage thus saving you money on … oh wait…
  15. I think you are a bot and don’t really go anywhere. Any day now you’ll start advertising luggage straps or chinese plastic fairing kits.
  16. Shot in 2021, a bunch of birds took over a power tower, happens a lot all over Portugal. They might be chickens, big ones if you use the GS for scale.
  17. They're storks. I know that because these are the birds that bring babies. EDIT: Plus they're big, fly with a stretched neck, and clack their beaks.
  18. But you've got your superior genetics to help you...
  19. Also, @Sir Fallsalot, the rails are mangled and bent all the way through, as a reminder not to get too cocky, plus going down on that would be like falling on a cheese grater.
  20. I went out for lunch on the bike, it was a bit chilly up there on the hills, around 13ºC.
  21. Honestly, Pete, what does logic tells us if there's a an old rail bridge? There is an old disused railway stop but the line still works, it's just been moved to a more modern bridge right next to that one, but it's made of concrete and ugly, before the old bridge was freshened up and converted to road traffic. There's also Portugal's most important Porto - Lisbon track, quite busy, about 5km away.
  22. You wish you were going to Baza today
  23. It would, unfortunately there’s a tight corner on both ends, and the bike weaves a bit over the grid platforms.
