0 for effort.

Caldo Verde, it’s a soup, potato and onions on the base, chorizo, and lots of thinly sliced cabbage. Soul food.

Today’s first dish for dinner was an amazing carrot salad with spices and orange juice dressing, and fresh sausage meatballs. I just finished that and it was delicious. Next it’s a Portuguese staple, Caldo Verde, perfect soup for a late dinner at the end of a cold day.

To elaborate, it teaches you patience, if you want to try and kick it right away once you’re sweating and tired you’ll still have to wait the same 2 minutes as you originally should have. It’s very Zen.

Mine doesn’t like to start after you switch it off when it’s laying down and hot. If I was a smoker that would be the time to light one up, just wait a couple of minutes and it’s good again

Sofia’s very portuguese tomato and pea rice, pork with mustard sauce, and balsamic caramelised shalots. A perfectly comforting and tasty dinner.

WTF! That’s not cool, there’s a poor old XTreme that doesn’t register here because someone uses his name So turns out everyone has been using fake names, I feel like I don’t know anyone anymore. I’m Pedro in real life, but you can call me Batman on here if you want.

I highly prefer Catherine to him. Did he change his name because he wanted to be a real Jones?

Not anymore, it’s been replaced… with a Taiwanese bike.

What happened with Horace?

Well, there only one significant Tom Jones. Both of you being Jones …

Will order a rocky creek one later today. Should be smaller than all the others which is a bonus. Then find a nice tight bag for it, put it in my right side case and hopefully never look at it again.

You didn’t know Tom Jones back then in Wales?

They make the trials bikes in Spain though. I was going to comment but didn’t want to sound pedantic

In Portugal they go along with a friendly vibe to the public, maybe they’re good people in their own circles but their business is mostly criminal, involved in extortion, racketeering and drugs. A couple of years ago there was a joined operation by Portugal’s PJ and Europol to move in on the Portuguese Hells Angels, they were accused of extreme violence to enforce their extortion activity. Within hours a few were scattered around Europe and picked up all around, mostly Germany (oldest non US chapter). Edit: trial was of 20 or 40 guys, none of them said a single word, and a couple of judges resigned from the case. Nice guys
