  1. Name a town, I'm not sure. We'll go to Liverpool and ride through to catch a ferry to the Isle of Man, then catch it back and spend a few days riding around going south again visiting a few of Sofia's friends. If the weather remains sunny we might go further north to Scotland, but if it turns to rain at the time we won't.
  2. Boating to the UK now, just had a nice prosciutto and cheese sandwich and will enjoy the view for a while. If I get drunk tonight the plan is to sing songs in a piratey way.
  3. I’ll be in the UK when Portugal faces Wales!
  4. Hey, @Slowlycatchymonkey, can you carry food onto ferries to and from the Uk for consumption on board?
  5. Ferry is only tomorrow, today we ride around the Picos
  6. I know nothing about rugby, but I do know that they are serious about it, they scream the national anthem at the beginning too with full lyrics, and seem to never give up. They seem to get the respect of the teams that beat them, but as you can imagine rugby isn't significant as a national sport here.
  7. Well, it is a lovely topbox
  8. That’s no way to talk about a lady, Marcel
  9. Left to inner Portugal for tonight, then two nights in Spain near Santander, then the ferry
  10. On my way, first stop after one hour for the morning espresso

    Unplanned

I really like that Guzzi California, perfect mix of cruiser and standard for me.
  12. Hold my beer will only het there on friday, though…
  13. It’s the talc that made him curious
  14. He preferred holding on to you drunk, over sharing a taxi with two girls?
  15. You were putting on a comfier seat on the previous bike, the CRF will feel like sitting on a knife.
  16. Turns out I love hob nobbing, who new. I thought I loved before too, when I thought it was naughty.

    My argan tree

I’ll gladly send you a couple of seeds, but the UK might be a step too far for these draught loving, cold hating trees. It’s a promise, though, you shall have your seeds to see how they cope.
  18. Hob knobbing sounds naughty
  19. Look at one up close. They’re really good looking. All those little things are fixable, except the wheel size.
  20. New bikes can’t look as good as classics, but they did manage a good compromise with that 900.
  21. What’s the weight difference between both bikes @boboneleg? The new engine will like a missile on the trails compared to that, don’t you think?
  22. Why not go for a ride on a Kawasaki retro, though? They look very nice in person, and are very comfy to sit on. The paint on the 900 is amazing, only maybe Harley does something so nice.

    My argan tree

That’s very cool! I watched all three of these trees grow. The Left one is an olive tree, just sprung out by itself maybe 3 years ago, the middle one is an indian tree, forgot the name, around 6 years old also sprung out by itself since the neighbour has a few, the right one is an almond tree I planted with Maria, it was a meter high twig when we planted maybe 5 years ago. trees are very cool I have this vision of people in Portugal in a few centuries wondering how this very non invasive trees ( Argan ) very hard to germinate, ended up all over the country.
