Exactly the same happened to my ex brother in law when he wanted to open a custom bike shop in Bristol. He got told either he paid them or he couldn’t open the shop

I'm not a speed merchant but you can't help but wind it on when you're riding that road. I even used to like driving that road in a truck (7.5 tonner) back in the day . I'll find another route now
