The shop i bought the WK from were (a different company owns the shop now) very good, WK Motorcycles the importer were, and still are shite.

Maybe the cynic in me, but the Chinky I had, the warranty was worthless, even when serviced to their schedule. Headstock bearing went at 1,800 miles, WK refused the warranty work, said it was a consumable part, yeh, but not after just 1,800 miles, the nice guys at the shop stood to the repair bill, they did another service, then I said bugger it. My scoot holds 1 litre of oil, no oil filter, spark plug a doddle to get too, same with the air filter, that's all mine needs on a minor service, doubt I will ever do the milage to get to a major service.

I do not take mine to the dealer (stealer) for a service, they charge to much and it is easy to do a service myself.

so this is what @busabeast gets up to at the weekend.

Not seen many (ordinary) wasp here this year, maybe the cold and damp conditions in July & August had something to do with it.

Seen lots of them, in Mallorca though.

I thought (wrongly it seems) it would be warmer around your area.

I have a old Asus laptop somewhere, power jack is kaput, took it to the shop, 65 quid for a new one to be fitted, i have loads of stuff on it, but not 65 quid,s worth.

Still can't get my cheapo Halfrauds dash cam to connect to my phone or tablet, think I was conned.

Er...me I use the cupboard where the hot water tank use to be located, it was took out when the combi boiler was installed, heating pipes run through the cupboard, so it (when heating is on) warm in there.

All the relays on the scoot are ok each one is individually labelled as to what they power, which helped alot, onto checking connectors and earth's (there you go @busabeast)...nothing obvious at the moment.

From the information I can find in the wiring diagram in the handbook, there are 5 relays, and each one is rated differently, the lights being the highest rated one, so I do not believe they are interchangeable, but my knowledge of these things is limited, so I could be talking shit.

What!..I will have you know i that I have covered 90 miles............................since August.

Very little for this scoot, Daelim are no longer imported into the UK, and of course no Daelim dealers.
