I will get some more paint and finish the work, when I get my next pension payment.

It seems to be my favourite pass time....Sitting doing bugger all.

Iam lucky as I have double gates wide enough to get the car through onto a standing area in front of my shed, but it's not very often that I have need to open the gates, I bet the hinges are seized.

My Chinky came with a 2 year unlimited warranty, but It only had a couple of slight faults...ungreased headstock bearings and a disc pad that threw the friction material off, but WK did their best to weedle out of the claim, bike shop did a good job and got them to aggre to the parts cost though.

I have some jobs to do, got to repair the settee, wife has broken two of the springs in it, if another one breaks she will go through the settee and end up sitting on the floor.

According to the weatherman we have had 150% more rain this year so far......you watch, 1 week of dry hot weather and they will threaten us with standpipe.

Bollocks..bollocks......1 and a half doors to do and..............run out of paint.

Not much help for the water shortage.....

Dad in law had a Flymo petrol mower, he would do the last cut sometime around October, turn the mower off and just leave it there, then expected it to fire up in the spring, it never did

My wife did once strip about 1 metre of the outer covering of the power lead when she ran over it while cutting the grass. That was the last time she used the mower...............I think it was around 1984.

I had the same feeling too. Had a dump, feel much better now.

4 doors done, tea and back break.... the doors really need replacing, 2 are warped, and the others have been cut too short when they were installed years ago, the bathroom one is worse, someone could Limbo under it.

Jeez these doors, it's like painting the Forth Bridge...... i have got more paint on me than on the doors

You will end up like me needing 3 pairs, 1st for close up..2nd for long distance.....3rd pair to put on to find the others.

Gloss painting ....well at least its warm inside the bungalow, damn cold outside..... Only 6 doors to do ☺..... so 12 sides to paint....
