14c!...almost tropical.

Same conditions here but only 6c...... I started taking the Tupperware off the scoot to install a new spark plug, then the electric (ancient) heater blew its fuse twice, which made the shed freezing, I may finish the job tomorrow.

Condolences @Skippy............my dad,s passing was similar, he was 88 years old and in in care home, he seemed to be OK when we last visited him, then we received a call from the care home to say get here quick!...the home was only 10 miles away, but we did not make it in time..... As others have said, get out and ride 🏍.....

Nah, just put this up.

The scoot is on Marketplace again, so I will get no doubt get a avalanche of ...."Will you accept (insert stupidly low amount) "......."What's your bottom (Ooo Matron ) price?"...."Can you send more photos?" Then they dissappear from the conversation .......

Do you guys remember when Pete had to put up a cardboard barrier around his bike?....To stop his dog pissing on his bike. I also wonder what happened to the Tortoise and the white duck.

Yeh, cycles and the motorcycle off road fraternity use it, the 4x4 guys were destroying the tarmac footpath, because they were to lazy to drive the 2 miles along normal roads to get to the forest.
-
Nope!.....not cast my vote yet...

In for a penny.

It ain't a gate/barrier Bob, it is part of a fence, it was put up to stop the 4x4 guys from using the footpath as a short cut to the forest. It was painted yellow because a few members of the cycling fraternity rode into It when I was grey in colour.
