Fabulous!..... have a great time....don't forget photos and a daily ride report.. We hoped to go to Mablethorpe for a couple of days .. if my wife is bit more mobile, but the weather forecast is not looking good.
-
Just the usual fo me, my wife is not mobile today, and has not been for the past 3 days, pain meds not doing their thing.
-
At the time I didn't have any other option.... still don't have.

What is this work thing you speak of?
-
It is not too bad on our street, but estate as a whole has a bad reputation, drugs, antisocial behaviour being the main problems, and it not always the young un being the problem. Dental hygiene, lack of dentist taking on new patients, and very expensive for treatment. This is my dentist.

It could be OMD, or in @Buckster,s opinion OMG.

Somewhere around 100 million years ago, maybe more.
-
Yep you are spot on with your thinking. Plate Tectonics

Yeh......sort of.....hung the washing out, cleaned the tv and stand, washed breakfast pots, ran the vac around the rooms..........knackered now!

A good day was had at Cadwell Park sitting on the ground did my back no favours, and bike parking was about 1 mile from trackside, but the weather was good, too warm at times, and the ride there and back was good, no seaside holiday traffic.
-
Every day for me is just a today, only time I keep track of the days is when something special/out of the ordinary is happening, which is not very often.

Shortest ferry crossing to the Isle of Wight is 2 miles, by the time you had strapped the bike down you would getting ready to disembark.
-
Many years ago (when I had the T Max) I attended the BSB at Cadwell Park, getting kitted up to make the journey home I got the usual "Why don't you get a proper bike." from a guy on a Honda Firestorm, I gave the usual " I fancied a change from the norm" reply. Getting out of the circuit was a slow, stop start laborious affair, 15 mins later we had covered 100 yards of stop starts, each time we stopped he kept flexing his clutch hand and wrist, 25 yards and 10 mins later he said "Fancy swapping bikes till we get to the gate?"
-
I expect on Sunday that my scoot will be surrounded by 100,s of bikes. Last time I went for the BSB I parked between a couple of bikes, half a hour later they had returned and moved their bikes.

It is the Isle of Wight scooter rally this weekend....

Condolences to his family & friends. If there is such a place as heaven I bet Pete is giving Dell some shit now.

I have seen some cheaper ones online.......like this one Price seems OK, postage seems a bit steep though!

I just put back axle for easy explanation. It is the rear subframe that the trailing arms connect to, subframe and trailing arms are badly rusted, ok for this MOT with a advisory, but won't pass next years MOT after a winter of salt and wet weather. To replace the subframe and trailing arms he quoted £950 , that is a long as they do not hit any problems while doing the work, so he said budget for £1000+ for the work.
-
Nope...clean bill of health.
-
Mucho!...... as said, this could be the cars last year on the road, the (future) £1000+ bill for a new back axle is weighing heavily on my mind, plus it will (most likely) need a new clutch and exhaust system too, seems unviable on paper.
-
Another MOT passed with flying colours So it should, it has only covered 260 miles since the last MOT.
-
I had a 20 mile ride this morning. Brakes feel OK, I may take the long way to the MOT testing station on Monday, let the pads bed in a bit more.
