Its been far too long since I last went for a decent ride on the bike, last Friday a friend of mine Eric,asked if I wanted to join him and his mate Les for a spin out in the country how could I refuse? The route was around 150km around the area to the west of Gandia, a gorgeous day for a ride even if we did take the odd wrong turning. Stopped off a couple of time for refreshments like you do when the temperature climbs to the upper 30's Unfortunately my front facing go-pro had a problem when i got home all the data on the card was corrupt so have to make do with footage from the older camera set up on my rear pannier, but you get the idea. Just part of the trip but it will do a great day.

They are if you don't know how to avoid them. I saw none in the entire 6 hours I was out, but I was on single lane backroads for most of that time.

I like to start the day with a coffee, enjoy a glass of dry red with dinner and then perhaps a spot of cognac in the evening.

From what I gather, I don't follow the news that closely, in America a policeman killed someone whilst arresting him and is going to be tried for murder. This has resulted in a few of people demonstrating legitimately and the rest all getting free tvs, luxury goods and trainers. If the rozzer did a bad thing and he is going to be tried for it and justice is done and is seen to be done, what is the civil unrest for?

Thanks! ? I have a bunch of GoPros as well as a GoPro 360. I have mounts everywhere so I can capture the different angles. I really have fun making my videos, I love riding and filming. So fun when you get home to watch the footage as sometimes you are concentrating on the trail so much you can miss the awesomeness. So fun...., wait I think I said that already...lol
