A Man goes into a Bakers and asks for 2 Bread Rolls..?? The Shop Man picks them up with the Tongs and puts them in a Paper Bag, He then asks for 2 Cakes the Shop Man picks them up with the Tongs and puts them in the Bag. The Man says :- "It’s nice to see you don’t Handle the Food".. The Shop Man says :- "Nothing in my Shop is Handled by Human Hand".. He then noticed a Piece of String hanging out of the Shop Man's Trousers and asks :- "What is that Piece of String for"..??? The Shop Man says :- "When I need a Piss. I just pull on the String and it Pops Out".. "That’s OK" Says the man. "But how do you put it Back"..??? "That’s No Problem", says the Shop Man. "I just Use the TONGS"

Know exactly what you mean @Saul....my carb synchronizer's tubes are getting pretty stiff from age as well. Don't have much use for them anymore as my bikes now just have pedals... Going w/ the chinesium route makes much more sense...especially w/ the wallet.

I have had mine for 20 years, used it for my BMW Airheads many times in the past (if you have owned one you will know how obsessive carb balancing can be with those bikes). It's a great piece of kit that works well. Anyway in the time I have had it the the pipes that came with it have aged to the extent that are no longer usable. I tried softening them with heat but they are past use. I looked at sourcing some new genuine Carbtune replacements and it is cheaper to buy a Chinky set of gauges with all the adaptors and pipes than buying 4 new pipes for my Carbtune. I can bin the Chinky gauges if I need to and still have all I need to use my Carbtune again.

I have a doctors appointment at 11.30 this morning . That in itself is a modern day triumph as I only phoned this morning. When the doctor asks ''what seems to be the problem'', I shall get out my list ..........

I can totally relate to that Bob....my lower back, on the left side just above my hip, has been giving me grief since 2012 when I high-sided off the Kymco cruiser I had. I've found that CBD oil helps w/ relief quite a bit...but of course, I ran out yesterday... I'll have to make another trip to Sumpter by next week before I drive to Portland on the 31st for a funeral, where I'll also get to see my son & Grandkids.

My back has been behaving it's self for the past 3 weeks, now I have said that I expect I will sneeze and put it out again. hope you hip improves Bob. and soon. Could be worse, my wife is still sleeping on the sofa, sat almost upright...

We swapped from Sky tv & Internet to Virgin tv & Internet, what a big mistake that was. We have their basic package, which is so great! we can't record programmes, back to Sky (even though it costs more) as soon as possible.......

I have a parcel to take to the Post Office but since the weekend my hip is giving me a hard time so can't be arsed to move at the moment........
