Could try compressed air, that can work along with a screwdriver and possibly so squirty WD40 type of stuff. The vid is about fitting but it works to take them off as well.

You can sometimes get a long thin screwdriver in-between the grip and tube and spray in a bit of lubricant but if it's a good glue you'd best cut rather than damage the tube.

It’s glued onto the throttle twist tube, you would have to cut it off.

Can anyone give me a clue on how this comes off? The bar end just unscrews but I can't see how to get the bloody grip off. I prob won't reuse it but id rather not destroy it if possible.
