Picked up some lifter blocks on fleabay, put in a lowball offer and it was accepted.

Definitely when you were a kid, it's in black and white.

Found this picture of what the Clay Country looked like back in the 1970's. The Sky Tip I have pictured with my bike is a remnant of this. I remember this landscape well when I was a kid.

At the MOT place waiting for my Yamaha to be done. … Really well organised independent place, miles better than my local dealership.

I'm fighting flu this week but I got started on my cam chest service while the weather is good. Removed the pushrods and lifters, I stripped the old lifters and one was very sticky, two were a bit sticky and one was fine. I cut the pushrods out with a bolt cutter after unloading them. Unfortunately I couldn't find my cam lock block so I had to stop there, one should arrive today. Also one of the lifter blocks is badly corroded so I am ordering a Preloved replacement off fleabay. While I am on I will be cleaning and lacquering the engine fins and touching up the black on the engine and transmission.

It is quite cool, ineffective against rain and the train station smells like piss like you wouldn’t believe though. But looks cool. Also, there’s some sort of kpop concert or comic convention because all around the train station feels like you’re in an episode of pikachu or alternative lifestyle star wars

Ok !! I may be a bit hard on this bike . I have just killed a pair of rear brake pads in 836 miles

Got the new tyres fitted to the Tracer yesterday, only been sitting here for 6 months. Nipped them down to my old place of work as the paint almost fall off the wheels. Lovely colour but prob water based and made in china. Had a look round that and Mandis CBF as we'll be off to Southampton Thursday. She's insisting we take the bikes but I bet there'll be a few stops with her knee problems. Hope to give them both a wash before as they're filthy.

Maybe the potential buyers are put off when they realise they have to go to a scheme to see it.
