It came out of a woolly mammoths arse so what did you expect?
-

If a Harley rider can't talk about style then no one can.
-
………….funny how a Harley rider should profess to have knowledge of ‘style’
- Today
-
You should stick to the scoot, it is more your style.

The only reason I didn’t buy one was the delivery time which was ridiculous but that was a year ago and by now they’ve sorted out the problem……..gotta take the Benelli in for its 7,000 klm service after Xmas so I might see what trade in I could get.

I know have only done 40 miles on the Sprint, but it was a blast, Bike comfy and fast enough, I really liked it. It feels like the big old 1980’s bike that I can’t afford. I know when these T300’s were current they weren’t real dynamic competition for the Japs of the day but now they fit in a whole different niche. I can’t wait to get it right and pile on the miles.

It was fabulous, a heavy beast, but once on the move most of the weight seemed to disappear, very comfy too, but too heavy a bike for a old man like me. Lol
-
How did you get on with the bike once you sorted it.
-
He resembles something passed by a woolly mammoth.
-
At least he doesn't resemble a wooly Mammoth....
-
Make sure he tells you how to flounce after the third attempt.

Yeh new intake rubbers were one of the 1st things I bought for the Tiger, the original ones were badly cracked and had gone very hard. My problems stemmed from the bike being stood for years, the middle carb was corroded very badly (but Bruce gave me a spare set) so the middle carb was replaced. I may have got it running sooner and better if I had a ultrasonic cleaner, carb cleaner and toothbrush were not the best for cleaning out the internal passage ways. Even with the Carbtune Pro that Bruce gave me, balancing the carbs was a fiddle, it took me more than several attempts to get it right.

Been having a Triumph group chat and the consensus is that the Clutch slave needs a rebuild and that should hopefully fix the clutch probs. Looking like at least carb clean and balance is on the horizon so I may well be bending your ear @Clive. Going to order some new rubbers before even attempting to get them off though.
