I'll show you a few pictures of the basement...3 storage rooms , bathroom and 2 bedroom..one not being used at the moment...Landry room..and I guess the mecanicle room could be used a wine cellar.or cold room I guess..but im no wine drinker..

Not sure what you mean...but we call it commercial tiles...remember i had two boys playing hockey in their and tossing dumbbells every where's...no way in was putting and expensive floor...only the bathroom has ceramic

That's what I live in....ain't ashamed to say. Mfr'd home w/ a total footprint of 24x40.... w/ only 7ft. sidewalls....easier to heat & cool. Bought it outright 6 yrs. ago for &102k...can't touch ANYplace for that price now. TBH, the real selling point was the 24x24 heated & insulated pole-barn garage w/ a covered carport the same size adjacent to it....all sitting on 5/8 of an acre. The blasted property taxes are only 1/3rd of what I was paying on the left side of the state.

No such thing as OSB plywood. There’s chipboard which is usually used in furniture as it’s usually not load bearing, there’s plywood, and there’s OSB which means Oriented Strand Board.
