My heart is with a XT500 as an old school trail bike. Never rode any XT, but just love the way they look.

You rode my 350......well, when you could kickstart it! :classic_laugh:

@Dell had the same problem......

@BusBoy had no problem at all!

......until he got overtaken by a couple of OAP's!

Right, I forgot that was an XT, but I was thinking of not having ridden a 500 or 600.

To be honest, the only one I'm curious about right now is the 700, after the GS I can't even imagine touring on a single :classic_laugh:

I had a 73 SL125 in 1975......same time as I had my 500 Kwak.

Looked just like this.......and would you believe that I followed old railway lines on it!

There is no 700 single.....the T700 is a twin with the MT/Tracer engine.

I know, that’s what I meant about not imagining touring on a single...

What age do you get it?

You have the choice of signing up at 62 or you can wait till 70. The longer you wait the more money you get every month.

Based on my projected tax burden and non expected long life i want to sign up early :littleguy:

Get it while you can.......there may be nothing left in 8 years time.

I think Britain's age is now 67........can you confirm @Clive?

You can defer your pension......not sure how long you have to do this for......then you get a certain percentage more each month

They can't be trusted to deliver on it though!
