Up at 0400 again on Sunday and leaving the hotel. Did a speed lap of Arches Park in the dark ...

Didn't really want Mexican again, but this place was close to the hotel and was open. Beef burrito this time and a few more Negras. They had a cheese dip that left a lot to be desired and the burrito was kinda lame as well. But the beers were super frosty and I was more interested in them after a hot day on the bike....

Back into Moab for the night and I wandered the streets looking for some place to eat. This place was selected due to the mural on the front.

Thousands of square miles of nothing in southern Utah....

It'd be fun to camp out here and hike to some of the formations on the horizon and beyond. But even though it was cloudy, it was still over 100F / 38C. Won't be hiking far wearing bike gear in that kind of heat...

But I got some cool shots of the area while they were at work...

While I was away from my bike, three black guys unzipped my tankbag and stole an old protein bar out of the bag. Thieving bastards!
