i went for a check up today and back there in january

Because i'm on the list it's like that for me when they start sending me messages saying i'm overdue an appointment the old i'm working away from home excuse comes out. As long as you keep in touch and don't ignore them their pretty good i went three years without a check up before my visit this year

Why would the unemployed treat it as a day out?

Do they have Roller Coasters, Dodgems and Waltzers in Surgeries now? :classic_laugh:

Years before covid i was attending outpatients at the hospital for a few weeks and would be stuck there for hours some times. The place was heaving as it was but you would see a few injured or sick people with all of their family there waiting with them taking up valuable space with their 6 scummy kids running riot, selfish fuckers the lot of them. If i ever take up arms and put people out of their misery it would be doctors and hospital waiting rooms usually full of chavs, Great since covid though the places are empty :classic_laugh:

Just checked onto the online portal for the Health Centre and all the times in the bottom box are available tomorrow.

Life in this Third World Country is killing me!

Getting a doctors appointment is virtually impossible here, luckily i don't get ill enough to need a doctor's attention very often but when i have i just turn up at the doctors and tell them whats wrong and they have seen me within half hour. I've done this three times in the last year and had the same result each time. i think it's to ward off the time wasters and unemployed treating it as a day out.

Think yourself lucky that Moose Boy isn't here to demonstrate the superiority of his groin!

Don't encourage him we need less photos of men's private areas not more :classic_laugh:

On other news, I seem to have lost my doctor. That’s what you get in Portugal when you don’t get sick very often :classic_laugh:

It's like that here with dentists if you don't visit regular they strike you off their list and you got no hope of getting back on

I thought he was more on par with Joan Miro Personnage

His artistic style is very similar as can be seen below when comparing to one of his early impressions

DR650? Or something a bit lighter? Voge 300 Rally?

The DR would be perfect but they don't officially import them here and are expensive for what they are

Probably in Spain too, but a car like that would be murder on Pete’s wife’s back.

Now you mention yes, it's the same model as the wife's, it sticks to the road like glue and is really nice to drive but you feel every little bump and i need a winch to get me out its so low

Guys, how about getting this back to being a politics a religion free forum?

Maybe let it be fun for more than three people?

You mean post stuff about bikes and shit like that, I like your way of thinking sound's good Pedro. Now If there was only some kind of rule that says no politics or religion I think that could help

@Sir Fallsalot and @boboneleg expertise.... whats a decent enduro bike , that you can service as a normal bike with none of the every few hours you got to strip it down do oil etc... road use and some off road shit ?

If your buying an enduro bike your going to have all the short intervals with it. If you want an enduro bike with road bike service intervals your screwed as there isn't one :classic_laugh:
Seriously though it depends on what type of riding you intend doing. If your just looking at the odd trail to ride when on a country road ride i'd be looking at a KTM690 Husky 701 or the Gas Gas 700 all the same bike, oodles of power and around 7000 mile service intervals but they do have a few teething issues that are easy to sort, probably already done if your buying second hand.

Watched the new Roadhouse remake with Jake Gyllenhaul and Conner McGregor.  Really enjoyed it.  Good Film. Load of fighty bollocks but entertaining with a great soundtrack.    Fuck me does Conner McGregor come across as a monumental arse wipe, don't believe he is a good enough actor to pretend to be like that. 🤣

I don't like to have to do it, but I'm not going to let this forum get destroyed and defaced with illegal content.

Nothing much going on...we got hit by the worse type of snow possible....hydro came back on during the night sometime..lines down..fallen trees everywheres ...I'll be on the tractor for a few this morning...still snowing this morning...have to run to the shop to check on things...

You've mentioned Hydro a few times i had to google what that referred to in Canada. It's water here but electricity with you. How much electricity is generated by water with you

I’ve never had any time for those drippy women without kids who say “Oh, my dogs are my children.” Keeping a dog off the sofa is not the same skill set as keeping a teenager out of jail.

Same here and the ones who have kids are not much better. I found one of our neighbours dogs walking around up the lane from her house, when i took it back and explained where i found it she said i don't understand why it was up there i told it to stay in the garden WTF. It was one of those chihuahua things it had the anger of 10000 wronged men when it was behind it's gate as soon as it was open it would run with it's tail between it's legs, the dog version of a keyboard warrior :classic_laugh:
