  1. I had a couple of hours out on the dog this afternoon there was a light misty rain in the air but not the kind to get you wet, it was a bit worse up on my mountain and even worse when i came back

And there was fresh meat to stock the butchers shelves everywhere, although i feel fresh meat will have a different meaning to some on here.

The dog sounds like the farmers quad so when i stopped to open a gate they all came running

I asked because they can be a bit like marmite, some who have been on multi cylinder bikes all their life just don't get on with them. I followed the guy i bought my 650 off on a bike forum for a while and all he done was ask questions about fixing it and he had spent a hell of a lot trying to fix it, when i got it all i could find that would cause what he was whining about was a knackered chain. It was his first single after years on a fireblade and didn't realise they are lumpy and juddered when in too high a gear with low revs was normal, i had a good idea the problem was in his head when i went to buy it he didn't know i was following his whining LOL

Another flip and it was perfect, but Costa was in a frenzy while it was being sliced, all hell broke loose. Luckily we kept our cool and a good meal was had, except my dad almost chocking to death on an apple slice. Fucking apples!

Half drunk now, but half sober.

So you do eat human food as well looks very nice.

    Which album is it, Fred?

I only have their greatest hits Album cant even remember buying it, most of the music i listen to is downloaded. The head unit in my car will play music off a USB so no need to own albums anymore not that i owned many anyway.

The first 7" single that I bought with my own money from my Saturday job. I still have it too!

Love ELO, i was first introduced to them by a guy i used to have a lift to work with when i was around 17, he had one of those massive canal barge Citroens and used to have ELO playing all the time, but it wasn't until years later i found out i really liked them after i was playing some random music in the background and one of their albums came on and i recognised it from then. One of the most played albums in my car when i'm out now.

I wouldn't fancy riding on the dirt with that front tyre after the weather we've been having Bob i would describe it as gay as the tyres Pete would fit :classic_laugh:

My best mate used to be a green one, Still gets shitty when I take the piss nowadays even though it was 1996 when he had his Kwak ZZR600.  I always remember his face when I went out with him for his first ride on it, me on my K100RS.     He spent weeks, waiting for delivery,  telling me how he would do his best not to leave me behind when he got the ZZR but it was me who had to wait for him on several occasions.    No super hero claims from me just competent , he was on a much quicker lighter bike, but a Noob with a new bike and a very twitchy ring.  There may have been a hint of putting manners on him a couple of times but only when it was safe 🤣   Mind you I then had weeks of him telling me once it was run in, yada yada yada.    I never claimed to be quick and don't now, but there is something about some guys with sports bikes, got to be billy big balls.  🤣.  All the power rangers around here used to walk bandy legged like they had shat themselves.  🤣

My mate dead Phil was was a bit like that. I had great pleasure telling him there was no way he could win in a race with me because he was on a sports bike and i wasn't, so if i won he would be totally humiliated and if i lost i didn't really lose because he was on a sports bike and i wasn't so he should win :classic_laugh:

It's a bleeding two stroke LOL wont be as nice on the road as a four stroke but will be easier to ride off road on the hard stuff. What are you thinking of doing with the dirt riding.

It’ll feel shit on the road, though, like all dirtbikes do when ridden out of their environment.

Get it on a tight twisty back road and there's nothing better even with the knobbly tyres
