Not my place to offer advice. From my point of view I have had dogs all my life and have never been more than a couple of weeks without one. Having a new dog does take away some of the pain of losing an older one. Not as a replacement or a way of forgetting just keeps your mind busy and stops you focusing on the empty silence. Of course everyone finds their own way through but I couldn't imagine life without a dog as part of the family.

Fuck that nearest dealer is 90 miles away.

Pan European, good enough for Millyard good enough for me. I like the look of Cruisers and if you are going that route it would have to be a Harley, I do like Harleys just can't see myself ever riding one.

Yes nectar of the gods, but you have to go into it knowing that heartburn and guts ache are part of the deal. Always worth it to me. I have many tales to tell but won't, tis a niche subject Here one of our idiots telling you how to do it. And yes I do sound like that but an octave lower

They are stunning mate. A good one that has been cooked with skirt beef and butter has gravy on the inside. Not dry at all.

Yes his Franglish would give him away, that and lustful pictures of his causines.

Dunno but it is quite refreshing to just talk about bikes and bike related stuff.

Clive would be welcome to it but getting it to him would be the issue. Plus it needs everything. I looked into getting some parts from the Czech Republic, not viable cost wise. Also even if you restored it to like new it would still be a terrible bike.

Me too, currently have an Aoocci C5 Pro waiting to put on my CBF. WTF was I thinking, as if I need Apple Carplay on my bike.

Having the ability and actually wanting to are two totally different things. Also drunk Ebay is a dangerous place.

1977 CZ125. I bought it 20 years ago intending to restore it, got to the point that I just don't fucking want to. Practically worth less in good nick, let alone rusty and fucked. Cleaning out my old bike shed to repair it and store my Hornet and CBF out of the weather. The Hornet is currently sitting in my wood working shed.

Yep I reckon I got heartburn from the picture. Could smash one right now though

Oh Dear! he is going to be back sooner than later, still obsessing and looking for attention.

Doesn't strike me as the most stable person, just through some of the rubbish he posts. Don't wish him ill, hopefully he has some people around him to give some perspective and help.

My boy is 21 today. Haven't seen him yet.

Very nice, are you tall enough for one

Yep all new stock from the last time I was there. They sell a shitload of bikes in that place, even this time of year they turn the bikes over. I was talking to the salesman back along and he said they sell every CB500F and X they can get their hands on. Also 125's walk out the door he said. The bigger stuff takes longer but it does go.

Beautiful cold and clear weather here today so it seemed daft not to go out for a bimble while I had the chance. I first headed up to Damerells on the off chance they had one of the new Honda CB350’s in yet. No such luck but it was worth a look. I notice the new colour for the CB125F is black, they had 10 in the showroom spread around. Some new interesting stock in I do like this model Bonniville, not sure about the colour but a a nice bike nonetheless. Lovely VFR only done 12k Bandit After Damerells I headed off to the North coast. Stopped at Tregonetha to change my gloves and pod cast. Then on to Padstow for a mooch about. Very pretty village but full of tourists even in early December. Then headed off to Trevone for a look. No bugger there Decided to head home then, through Wadebridge, Bodmin, Lanivet, Bugle, Stenaless and St Austell. Stopped in St Blazey for fuel then back to Fowey. Main roads were fine but the more rural roads were slippery with all sorts of debris. More tip toeing around than bimbling but fine as long as I rode to the conditions. 61mpg when I filled up and that probably reflects the conditions, no blasting around, just not safe to do it. Great way to spend a few hours.

I don’t know to be honest the bike had a new sprocket and chain set 100 miles before I bought it. It is an O ring chain and seems to be decent quality, hasn’t stretched in the 3.5k miles I have put on the bike. To be honest the noise wasn’t terrible it’s just the bike is pretty quiet especially with the touring screen so I probably notice things more. I heard a rattle a few weeks ago which turned out to be the keys. Not that you can tell from the photo, chain was originally gold but snow foam took the colour out of it.
