Apparently the UK lifting of restrictions on the 21st June has now been postponed......due to the surge in cases of the Indian/Delta/Punjab/Hindu variant that they allowed to come in!

Right! So as not to embarrass the Indians that they had to grovel to for a trade deal! And that's the reason why they left the borders open to them when other countries blocked them. What happened to the Kent variant? Or does that now have another name as well?

Latest update! Motorcycle Riders has taken over Adventure Motorcycles' number 3 position on Page 1 of Google for "Adventure Motorcycle Forum". Searches for "Motorcycle Touring Forum" show us on Page 1 position 6. And searches for "Motorcycle Forum" show us on Page 2 position 8. We've gone up 2 pages on this in the last week. And that one is the prime search term! So we're doing OK when you consider that this domain name has only been in existence for six weeks........yet we're getting listed ahead of forums who've been around for 20 years. I'll probably do something to fuck it all up soon though!

Funny you should say that Keith..... "The Madrid region announced on Friday that it would be bringing forward the administration of the second shot of the Oxford-AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine for the 60-69 group, given a rise in the number of cases of the so-called “delta” variant of the coronavirus that was first detected in India." And the Indian variant numbers are rising right across Spain so I suspect that those of us in that group will get our second jab sooner. Mine is scheduled for the 2nd August at the moment.

It's the weight that puts me off.....I did look at the X model and in most respects it would be a good fit for me. It's just too heavy though......my knees wouldn't thank me for it.
