Brutal heat this week......but things are going to get easier! Cos I got a price from OTSA last week for aircon in two of the bedrooms! The price was €1280 so I called in to see Pedro the boss this morning carrying a nice wad of cash! They love cash here as it's an opportunity for a spot of dinero negro......which is basically a national sport! So after a bit of banter I got it down to €1200......which is pretty decent I'd say! With any luck we'll get installation tomorrow.

Yeh.....I get the feeling that if I sold it I'd regret it! I just don't think there's anything that's a better fit for me considering where I live and what I use it for. A bit more power would be handy at times, but that would be a case of me wanting more power rather than me needing more power. If I had to get something with more power then it would likely be Strom number 4. However, that extra power would lumber me with 20kg more weight......which I definitely don't want. Swings and roundabouts really.

Went to feed the horses today as they haven't seen us for four days so they get stressed! They were all fine as our friends Antonio and Sonia were feeding them for us. Then went to collect the tortoises from our friends Steve and Julie......and they're back home now. The first thing I did when I got here yesterday evening was check the bike in case any of those fucking midgets had limbo danced under the doors.....but it was as I left it. No hope of getting out today as it's going to be 40c! But as it is I'd be struggling after the exertions of the last four days anyway.
