As you probably know my lifelong hero has been Jarno Saarinen who was killed in the Monza carnage in May 1973. Well one of my clients recently started going out with a young lady from Finland and he told me he was going there to meet her family last week. And by an amazing coincidence she was from Turku......Jarno's hometown. I told him all about Jarno cos hes not a biker (his girlfriend knew all about him cos he's a legend in Finland), and I suggested he should visit the memorial that's there. And this is the result! I've wanted to visit there for so long......maybe one day!

Yes.....I know about the fan setting. But the floor fan is directed towards me, the PC and the monitor so it moves the hot air away from where I'm sitting.

Hi Blaze! Prices will vary a bit from country to country but that sounds a fairly decent price. Is that from a dealer? Cos I'd advise you to make sure you get a guarantee in case of any issues.

Be careful Fred.......you're in the vulnerable age group. That lugging and pulling could be your undoing! My mate from Cardiff that I saw today (he's around your age) has got one as well.

Yeh......installed last Tuesday. We haven't really used them for any extended periods, because they're powerful units and after 15 minutes the room is really chilled. Then the normal fans that we have circulate the air round for an hour or two.

The tech will need to be much more advanced and the prices a lot cheaper before I'd do that. But my experience in the Tesla when I was in NL was very impressive.

It was a bit of a shithole from what I can recall. Not as bad as Crawley though......that was like something from a Third world Country.

Kids are a bloody worry aren't they? I remember having to wait in one of the Bristol Hospitals in 2000 when the eldest boy from the first marriage (23 at the time) was admitted with a collapsed lung due to his lifestyle. I'm not sure which Hospital it was but I'm sure it was on the right hand side going up a hill.

Depends how hot it is in the morning.......and whether the missus want to come down! Not hot (under 30) and no missus then it'll be bike! Over 30 and/or missus wants to go then it'll be car.

Got to see a bike mate of mine from Cardiff at the Venta del Peral Services tomorrow morning. He's got a place in Freila and he's only over here on a pretty intermittent basis. And I know he's going to start pestering me again to sell him the CB so he's got a bike to use when he's over here.
