It was much better when I was a kid as I mostly had my birthday away on holiday as it is in peak weeks holiday time.

Well, it's dry not windy and a bit warmer my back is much better, so i may venture outside today, see if the scoots battery is flat, or not, not going a ride though

Will be getting myself a nap this afternoon since I have been awake all night with Leo, he has colic and would settle then out of nowhere just start screaming, he settled at around 3am then skye was up at 5.45am so safe to say I've had fuck all sleep so I'll be grabbing an hour or two this afternoon 

When my son was born we did not need a alarm clock until he was about 7 months old, because he hardly slept at night, during the day we could vac up around him, but during the night!...just a burp or fart and he was awake, for the rest of the night...

I had the oil and filter changed at 15500 kms and 18800 kms.....next one will be done around 22200 kms. (I just passed 21K today)

Anyway, the thing that really worries me on a lot of the Chinese bikes is the 3000 mile/ 5000km service interval! Why is that necessary? Hmmmmm?

The service intervals on the Chinky that i had were, according to the handbook,  every 3000 miles, never bothered me because it only covered 4000 miles during my ownership of 5 years.  

But the guy at the dealer told me, put good synthetic oil in it and it would be good for 6000 miles..

Iam still doing the penguin impression, and forecast does not look too brilliant anyway, so I guess my ass will be stuck to this chair.....so doing much else is very unlikely.

After my wife's phone call to the doctors, when the receptionist said "The doctor will ring you back" but he didn't ,  she decided to give them both barrels this morning, told the receptionist what transpired on the previous phone call, to be told "Doctor issued a prescription on the 8th of April, it is in the pharmacy awaiting you collecting it".... wife said what about a phone call telling us this?.....seems we have to be able to read minds now too.

Oh and the housing association are coming to install loft and cavity wall insulation....November 15th
