The boys first shopping trip to tesco.

His sister is infatuated with him, never wanting to leave his side and always the 1st to want to help feed or change him.

He's also gluttonous, he's now drinking his milk like it's going out of fashion

Iools like a top box...Kappa or Givi?

This town is full of older people walking round and round cos the Doctors have told them to do it.

Seems to be whatever affliction you've got then the course of treatment is walking!

Walking ain't a problem for me, I do walk to the local shops rather than jump in the car .........meanwhile the wife after 50 yards?

I got my blood test results back today and went through them with my doctor. All good apart from my cholesterol is high so I’m going onto some low dosage tablets for a couple of months to help get it down and at the same time make some changes to the diet and up the exercise.

I don’t eat badly and I’m active but a bit of improvement in those areas won’t hurt.

Apart from that no dramas! 🤣

I need to get much more exercise, but I think I will have to leave the bungalow to do that.. 😂

You should get the full month Clive!

I will get a full month of the new rate 👍 wife won't because she is on a much lower rate compared to me, I grateful for the pension rise, but after all our other bills have risen substantially we will still come up short.

My Pension arrived today, which included two weeks at the increased rate.....total €960!

Unfortunately, most of that got swallowed up by the Quarterly tax bill which went out today.

Today I have mostly be widening my back gate to  make access for bikes more manageable.   I increased the opening from 33” to 41.5”.   My theory is that I will be able to get my Hornet through with bar end mirrors fitted.    Funnily enough I used to be able to get my R100RS through the 33” opening with care looking back it seems impossible now but I know I could and did often.

Fuck me timber has become expensive.   Love on the invoice you get 4” x 4” x 2.4 m post sizes.    That’s British common sense right there 🤣

Had to dig down through the 70 year old concrete path with my wood pecker of a breaker.   To be fair when I was working as a gardener handy man I went through several of them over the years but they are surprisingly capable and were cheap as chips to replace.   At the time a decent brand small breaker was £300 and this Aldi special was £30  and for the odd job like today it was a no brainier.

I am going to be redoing much of the garden over the summer and once that is completed I will get a couple of bags of chipping to put down to tidy things up.

Iam lucky as I have double gates wide enough to get the car through onto a standing area in front of my shed, but it's not very often that I have need to open the gates, I bet the hinges are seized. 😂

  11. My Chinky came with a 2 year unlimited warranty, but It only had a couple of slight faults...ungreased headstock bearings and a disc pad that threw the friction material off, but WK did their best to weedle out of the claim, bike shop did a good job and got them to aggre to the parts cost though.

I have some jobs to do, got to repair the settee, wife has broken two of the springs in it, if another one breaks she will go through the settee and end up sitting on the floor. 🤣
