Nooo, I just told him that we have no sleeping facilities for him, which is not a lie because we have a table and chairs in our spare room now... Will welcome him for a day visit then he can return to the Harwich B&B.2 points

He goes to bed at 9pm every night, and gets up at 5am prompt.... spends 45 mins in the bathroom, then sits waiting for us to get up and make him a cup of tea, which must be Decaf, and comment that he had to wait a hour or so till we got up, and he only eats a German breakfast (cheese & ham) At 1pm he goes for a hours sleep every day, and complains if there are any noises.1 point
