I do love my Indian ( I find the FTR's one of the best looking bikes ever made), but I have to admit I find the aesthetics of the bikes with all the boxy fairings and luggage rather difficult to appreciate .
-
That's it ? Tell me why now...why hasn't any other manufacturers broke or is trying to beat this record...?
-
For and engine...speaking mechanically ...built from the ground up by a snowmobile company specifically built for this bike...I have to say they did and amazing job with this powerplant....and this bike also beat the world endurance record by Guinness for a motorcycle....125 thousand miles in 125 days...think he's still riding it has we're speaking...this ain't no Harley...I think the only that failed on the motorcycle for the 125 thousand miles was the stator...but he was running multiple gps, laptops and a bunch of other shit... So for those who say American motorcycle are shit...I certainly don't see any other manufacturers doing this with a bike that was only born 2020...and Honda can suck it...lol.

Well the challenger hit and non official speed of 197 mph...wich is 320 kph...but still , you are comparing apple to oranges...this is a v twin bike...a record that was standing since 1972 by a triumph...

Drove almost 600 miles (round trip) yesterday to go visit a coupla old buddies I've known since grade school...haven't seen those guys for a handful of years. Feel pretty darned blessed that I live where I do now & don't have some of the health issues that they do. Definitely come to the conclusion that the whole left side of OR has turned into an absolute sh*t-hole-- It rained off & on across the state yesterday but today looks promising weather wise....time to get the chain put back on the Mullet & go for a Ride!

Weathers nice here in the south east , been warm and sunny all week… sounds like a good road trip .

The most important question is do they have 270 degree cranks?

It is around 17c here, was a nice (for me) riding temperature.... weather is looking reasonable (Friday looks like being wet) mostly...no fear of 32c here
-
We can agree on this one... Look Pedro wyll we are here , don't think I did properly apologize for my rant and about everything, we go way back and I always considered you a friend in this virtual world..so please accept my apologies...I was out of line...and lost my temper at the time...your OK in my book...a little to straight at times but I understand you have a job to do...

Tomorrow me and Sofia will be flying to London, to spend a day with a couple of friends, and then collect two Triumph Scramblers to ride back to Portugal via France. I’m having serious difficulties ignoring the 32° outside when thinking of what gear to pack!

Well said, Marcel! Administrators are the worst!
