Yes...cheaply made has possible...if I'm not mistaken the osb is 3/4 inch thick...and the osb is exposed to the elements...they could have lease put a coating of some kind...even paint..im sure they are better quality made trailers out their...but this definitely a cheap one...

Especially with 3 tons of snow mobile attached to it.

Is it the same board on the inside providing structure and outside taking the force of the elements? That’s a lot of trust going onto an OSB board!
