  8. Can anyone give me a clue on how this comes off? The bar end just unscrews but I can't see how to get the bloody grip off. I prob won't reuse it but id rather not destroy it if possible.

  21. Pretty sure you need an 11 break between shifts by law in the UK. In my job we do 13 hour shifts (not all driving) and can't go over by a minute.
