It has stood for a few months this time as it was being a bitch. But I always run the carb to as empty as I can by running till it stops. Maybe I'll undo the float bowl drain to see if I get more crap out a few times in the coming year.. I will drain and filter the tank just to make sure there's nothing in there. I've been using an additive since last year.

Mine is 2007 year blue, i have the rear wheel fitted now, just turning a spacer/bearing seal for the front. As the Honda Wave 110 ( bike the Ali rims came from ) has a cable speedo drive...so that had to go as no lug on the forks to stop it from rotating so new thingy being made. The Innova has a pickup in the gearbox for speedo. Now made cheap and nasty.

Took it apart today to fit guards on the rad and the oil rad, put it back together and didn't have any bits left over. Sadly couldn't find anywhere interesting to take a photo so its by the side of the road in Basingstoke

How long do you leave the bike standing Dave ? Ethanol is a real bitch for carbs. Have you tried an additive in the tank ?
