You could but you won't because you'll get shown up by a Harley?

Not at all...just a waste of money...they will definitely not let this bike run with a stock Harley...it would be to embarrassing for the Harley owners...lol.

I find it odd @Buckster hasn't added his grain of salt yet..

Keep in mind  this engine is years ahead of what Harley is offering...4 valves per cylinder.. twin 52 mm throttle bodys....twin air intakes....he mentioned 122 hp at the crank...what Buckster forgot to mention is this bike has less parasidic lost of power to the rear wheel..compared to a harley...it's basically crank to transmission and to the rear wheel... has a harley..crank..shoots off to the chain drive then to the transmission then to the rear wheel...

Who gives a fuck over 200ft its all about the standing Âĵmile that is the standard that matters

But until you learn how to start you will not get your times down.

Have you seen the video of Mickey Gohan...might have messed up his last name...the guy owns a speed shop in the states...doing a pull on a stock indian challenger with a dyno jet quick shifter installed..?

you not got any where near where you live you can practice you starts Rich ?

Erm not really, theres nowhere suitable to practice that I know about, and given just how sticky santa pod track is you'll never replicate it so learning off the track is kinda pointless

I've linked the mickey Gohan video to messenger...can you do anything with it...im like 99.9% positive this bike would take @busabeast busa down the 1/ 4 ...the odo is set to mph ...you can actually see how fast it reaches 60 mph..could you link it up for Rich ?

Unless he is doing 140+ at the end of the quarter mile he has zero chance.

So it wasn't actually a video of the bike going down the strip, it means nothing

It's running on a dyno...

My thoughts are its all just talk

Don't know what you're on about...the guy isn't and amateur...ownes one of the biggest speed shops for harleys in the states...its not like the rear tire was up in the air running on a jack stand...you can tell at the end of the video by the smurk on his face...he's definitely impressed by the challenger....

Mine has a quick shifter and its got more power and it will be a fair chunk lighter, someone who can pin the busa from the lights without flipping or spinning up will wipe the floor with it, i dont think it would be as close as you think, and my starts whilst not lightening quick im still less than half a second behind my mates who have been doing it for a long time so its not all doom and gloom

Rich, as a tip for the videos, try uploading them to youtube as shorts, that way you can zoom in during the video. If the image is good you will not look so distant and will look a lot faster.

I would prefer to go through some chains and clutches before adding a longer swing arm, better to learn properly before improving the bike.
