You keep referring to yourself and your situation all the time and we all know that time has long gone its getting boring. Slowly is stuck on the 90 day rule because she doesn't want to move to Spain permanently so is only a visitor, if she did want to move there permanently she would be one of the ones that could and she probably has the 500k kicking around or could run a business from there. For normal people like me and six we would have to apply to enter the country for work and pay taxes like any other Spanish citizen. All that's changed is you cant move there and bum around anymore same as any other country and that's a good thing. The way your talking there is a total ban on all UK citizens to move to Spain since Brexit and there isn't, you now have to apply and be vetted just like you do with every other country in the world some will meet the criteria and some won't and that's it.

Why do you keep pedalling this shit if he wanted to move to Spain he could if he meets the right criteria same as anyone else outside the EU could.

Around 15 is mine but happy to go out in a lot lower temperatures than that because i can always get warmer but until they bring out some affordable climate controlled clothing i can not get colder when i'm too hot. I actually prefer going places in the car in the summer because of the air con

I've been working in the garage getting rid of crap doing a bit of cement work and trying to re organise things so there's more room, getting pissed off trying to shift stuff about again and if i don't come up with something i can see one of them going. And then the CCTV monitor packed in so been out getting a new one and sorting that.

It was nothing to do with the weather he said it himself he dodged a bullet by leaving here, all i can think is his ex should have spent more time practicing at the gun range

I got the long hooked end red hot with the induction heater and just rolled the hook down until it was a circle with a long nosed pliers and then trimmed it off with a disc cutter to make it a hook again if that makes sense and then dipped it in water to cool it down so the hook wouldn't be soft and stretch out. It needs to be a little shorter but the induction heater went bang so i just found a spring the right length on line and ordered that

In-between riding and washing bikes today i done a job on the dog I've been meaning to do for years. The side stand sits horizontal and when riding through deep ruts with rocks in it gets pushed against the swing arm, you can see the piece of plastic i cable tied on there to protect the swing arm in the photo below and also the wear on the foot of the side stand where its been dragging on rocks. I ground the side stand stop until the stand moved above the swing arm out of the way like it is on dirt bikes and shortened the spring a little and blowing up my induction heater in the process i think i will replace it with a better one as it's really handy. While i was at it i welded a disc to the foot of the side stand to stop it sinking in soft ground something i had done in the past but had to cut it off when i found out it was hitting the swing arm and then applied a nice lick of paint to finish it off.

Ken Hensley, David Byron and Lee Kerslake i think

Those are my type of roads in the video, the dog is great for honing around on those.

I've been having a run on the bikes today not far just enough to warm them up, the old Africa Twin is running lovely and smooth again i wanted to just keep going on it but no tax or MOT made me head for home after a few miles. I was having a problem starting the dog and started dreading the thought of having to clean the carb on this as well, the usual procedure is full choke press starter it fires then ease the choke off, i tried everything choke on off and it was just churning over no sign of it firing. then i remembered it sometimes needs the fuel drained from the carb when its been left a while, so drained the carb and sure enough after a bit more churning it fired up. Took it for a little ride after washing it to dry it all out and as i pulled up to the house it suddenly dawned on me that i have a fitted a flat slide carb to this bike and the choke is now on the carb the choke lever on the handlebar is no longer connected to anything what a fucking plonker it's because the original choke setup is the same as the Africa Twins which i had been messing about with for the last couple of days. Just the XR to run now that hasn't been started for a month
